Our Return Policy

  • 7-Day Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns.

  • Credit Note Only: Please note that we do not provide cash refunds. Once your return is processed and approved, you will be issued a Credit Note via email. This credit can be redeemed towards any future purchase on our website.

  • Original Packaging & Tags: All items must be returned in their original condition. This means the product must be unworn, unwashed, and all original tags must remain attached to the item.

  • Quality Check: Every returned item undergoes a thorough quality inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of wear or if the tags have been tampered with.
